Program Terms and Conditions

• You reside within Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, Larimer or Weld County at the address identified on the application.
• You currently own a gasoline powered lawn mower in my county of residence.
• Limit one (1) gasoline lawn mower replacement request (voucher) per address every three (3) years.
• You will recycle a gasoline powered lawn mower to a listed recycler and will ensure the fluids are drained from the mower.
• The new electric lawn mower must be purchased from select Home Depot locations, in-store.
• You are responsible for payment beyond the $150 voucher amount.
• You will comply with the Program Terms and Conditions to receive a voucher.
